Further update. I was wrong and everything is pain. Here’s hoping Cas becomes human and then the Empty loses and can’t get him.

Update, I think this will be Lily’s sacrifice. This episode is all about a mother’s sacrifice, so what if it’s Lily and Kelly who sacrifice themselves.

So will Cas sacrifice himself, or will he attempt to sacrifice himself and Kelly will ultimately do it at the last minute and entrust Castiel with taking care of Jack once and for all?
